According to  Aaron Beck and David Burns  we can turn  around any  negative crappy  feeling easily. In order to do this  we have to restructure our thinking. This is called  Cognitive Restructuring.  There are many  exercises and tools to help us to do this. In fact there are so many ways to change how we think and feel about a situation, we really don’t have to feel angry, anxious, and depressed  for any period of time ever again.  How about simply telling yourself  to just  STOP.   Yes every time we start thinking negative thoughts just  STOP.   Change your life  one  step at a time  – JUST CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS -Now that’s  an  Empowered Solution.
